Amazon Jungle Travel is a local travel agency founded in 2024 in Leticia, Amazonas (Colombia) by Christofer Alfredo Ramírez, a passionate expert of the Amazon region with over 10 years of experience in nature tourism, spirituality, and Indigenous culture.After a decade working in the sector, he decided to take a step further and launch this project as a formal agency, committed to offering transformative experiences.

From the heart of the jungle, we create authentic Amazon journeys, far from mass tourism, designed for those seeking genuine connections with nature, spirit, and Indigenous cultures. We offer spiritual tourism routes, trekking adventures, jungle explorations, contact with Indigenous communities, and unique cultural experiences.

Sustainable Tourism

At Amazon Jungle Travel, we believe that traveling to the Amazon is also a way to care for it. We are committed to sustainable and intercultural tourism that respects Indigenous communities, protects biodiversity, and strengthens the local economy.

We do not promote mass tourism. Instead, we actively collaborate with local communities and organizations, supporting reforestation projects, species conservation, and environmental education. Every trip with us is also an act of commitment to the future of the Amazon.

Our intercultural team consists of experienced Indigenous guides, professional tourism guides specialized in adventure and nature, multilingual translators, and local logistics coordinators — all deeply connected to the Colombian Amazon territory.

How to Get Here

• From Bogotá or Medellín: daily flights to Leticia (1 hour 45 minutes).

• From the airport: taxi or moto-taxi to our meeting point (10–15 minutes).

• From Tabatinga (Brazil) or Santa Rosa (Peru): river arrival via the Amazon River.
